Weekly Wellbeing
Weekly online mindfulness & wellbeing community
A calm online space for mindfulness, stress reduction, and community connection.
The Weekly Wellbeing Community is your weekly invitation to self-care — a calm, protected space to arrive back with yourself and strengthen your emotional wellbeing for the long term.
In our weekly 60-minute meetings, we spend around 30 to 45 minutes on guided mindfulness practices and nervous system regulation. Afterwards, there is room for a compassionate, judgment-free exchange.
No pressure to perform and no obligation to share: here you are welcome exactly as you are. The aim is a deeper, more authentic sense of connection — with yourself and with a supportive community.
