Psychological Counselling at Life’s Turning Points – Bridging Mind, Body, and Everyday Life.
M.Sc. Clinical Psychology · Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner · Systemic Counsellor
For over eight years, I have supported individuals and organisations through meaningful processes of change — with deep attention to the whole of human experience.

I know what it feels like when life becomes too much, when stress builds up, relationships feel strained, or the ground beneath you seems to give way.
For a long time, I tried to navigate life's shifts the way so many high-awareness people do: from the neck up. But through my own journey and years of practice, I came to realize: our challenges rarely stem from a lack of insight, they stem from how deeply our nervous system, our relationships, and our life circumstances are interwoven.
When one area becomes overloaded, it often affects everything else: how we feel, how we connect, and how we move through the world. You cannot simply think your way into feeling safe, nor can you separate what is happening in your nervous system from what is happening in your relationships and your life.
Lasting change rarely begins with intellect alone, it begins when your nervous system, your relationships, and the shape of your life are all given room to realign. This understanding sits at the very heart of my work.
Lived experience
A life between worlds
My own path has moved between countries, cultures, and identities, shaped by intercultural and long-distance relationships, and the repeated practice of starting anew in unfamiliar places. Before devoting myself to psychology, I spent years immersed in classical ballet, contemporary dance, and contemplative practice.
Movement taught me what traditional talk therapy often overlooks: the body holds and processes experience long before the mind can make sense of it.
Through my own life transitions, I know the disorientation of losing your bearings and the quiet exhaustion of trying to intellectualize physical overwhelm.
As unique as each person's story is, I understand the emotional landscape that major life transitions and complex relationships so often bring.
Real change, in my experience, isn't something you think your way into, it's something your nervous system, your relationships, and your life have to find together.
