For Organisations
Talks, workshops & courses
Four formats for bringing mental health, resilience and mindfulness into your organisation — from a single keynote to a structured eight-week programme.
No two organisations arrive at this work for the same reason. Some are responding to visible strain: rising absence, a team under sustained pressure, a restructuring that has left people depleted. Others want to build something preventive well before that point, while there is still capacity to build with. The four formats below are designed for either situation, and each one is shaped around your context rather than delivered from a template.
Every format rests on the same foundation: evidence-based psychological approaches drawn from positive psychology, systemic work, mindfulness-based stress reduction and nervous-system regulation, including Somatic Experiencing®. Participants leave with language for what they are experiencing and with tools they can actually use on an ordinary Tuesday afternoon — not with a slide deck nobody opens again.
The formats also build on each other well. A keynote can open a health week and create genuine appetite; a workshop can then go deeper with the teams most affected; an in-depth training can equip leaders to carry the work forward; an eight-week programme turns it into habit rather than event. If you are not sure which entry point fits, that is exactly what the free 15-minute discovery call is for.
Delivery is in English or German. For on-site formats I travel to organisations in Germany and Switzerland; everything can equally be run online. Group sizes range from a leadership circle of six to conference audiences of several hundred, and the content follows accordingly — the smaller the group, the more room for reflection, practice and real exchange.
Every engagement begins with a short briefing conversation about your organisation, what you have already tried, and what you want to be concretely different afterwards. From there I propose a format, a length and a set of topics, and we agree how success will be recognised. You can see how this sits alongside the rest of my work with companies on the For Organisations overview.
01 Keynotes
Inspiring input on mental health, resilience and mindfulness for conferences, larger groups and team events — 30 to 60 minutes, online or on-site. A keynote is the right choice when you want to reach many people at once, open a health week, or give a change process a frame people can hold on to. Frequently chosen topics: what resilience actually is (and what it is not), recognising strain early in yourself and in your team, and the science of rest and recovery in an always-on working culture.
02 Workshops & Seminars
Interactive formats combining evidence-based psychological approaches with practical tools and structured reflection — two to four hours, online or on-site. Groups stay small enough for genuine exchange, and each short input is followed by an exercise participants can repeat on their own afterwards. Frequently chosen topics: stress and burnout prevention in practice, emotional regulation under pressure, healthy communication in teams, and mindfulness that fits inside a working day.
03 In-Depth Trainings
Multi-day trainings for leaders and teams that build lasting wellbeing skills — one to three days, online or on-site. The longer format makes room for case work from participants' own working reality, peer practice and follow-up, so that new habits survive the return to a full inbox. Frequently chosen topics: leading without depleting yourself, holding supportive conversations with a team member under strain, and building psychological safety as a lived team norm rather than a poster.
04 8-Week Programmes
Structured programmes that embed stress reduction, mindfulness, resilience and emotional regulation over an extended period — eight weeks, with weekly units of 15 to 60 minutes. This is the format that shifts behaviour rather than awareness: short repeated practice, light accountability, and a clear arc from week one to week eight. Frequently chosen topics: an eight-week resilience curriculum, a mindfulness foundation programme, and nervous-system regulation for high-demand roles.
